We categorize our services into three groupings:
A. Preparation: We are available to help you navigate any questions you may have when booking a tour to Bhutan. Travel to Bhutan can be complicated – finding flights and getting a visa – we are here to help. We can arrange for all your needs answer all your questions in a timely manner and provide all documents prior to your arrival.
B. Upon Arrival in Bhutan: Upon arrival, you will be met by your personal tour guide and driver. They will work with you daily to ensure a smooth tour program. They are available day/night to ensure your welfare and the success of your tour.
C. End of Tour: We ask that you provide feedback on your tour. This feedback will help us continue to provide excellent experiences to all our guests. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please let us know so we can work on improvement for future tours.

We have the best guides. Our guides are personable, well-educated men and women, chosen for their knowledge, special interests, backgrounds, and personality. No matter your touring style, your guide will be there to help you – trekking, camping, monasteries, festivals, and even how to eat spicy Bhutanese food. Your transportation is very important when touring Bhutan because you will spend time driving from town to town. If you have done any research, you know that there are no straight roads in Bhutan and, even though driving distances are short, the actual drive times can belong. A. Safe- All our vehicles are well maintained. We hire only expert drivers with excellent driving records. We promise to ensure safe travel wherever you go.
B. Comfortable- We ensure that there is adequate room in the vehicle for all guests. Whether you are a solo traveler, a family, or a small group. Your comfort is extremely important to us.
C. Clean- At the end of each day, the vehicle is cleaned and checked to ensure it is in good order and that it stays clean and neat throughout your tour.

There are no hidden costs at Druk Experience. You can trust that the price that we quote is the price you will pay. Transparency of pricing is important to us. You can always ask if you have a question about a price that is quoted.
