The word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yui’ which means ‘to merge’ or ‘to unite’, and yoga is based on the concept that the body and breath are intimately connected with the mind. By controlling breathing and holding the body in steady postures, stagnant energy centers open, contributing to better physical health, mental peace, and well-being. Allow our travel specialists at Druk Experience to design the perfect tour aimed at relaxing your mind & body through yoga and meditation. The itineraries on each day can be tailored to fit independent solo travelers, groups, and/or families. A wondrous adventure awaits you around every corner, with opportunities for spiritual discovery at each destination.
