Are you looking to be off-the-beaten-track? Or maybe this is your second trip to Bhutan? Join us for a tour of a lifetime to visit the remote and rugged eastern Bhutan. Most travelers only visit the western/central part of the country. Eastern Bhutan boasts hillside towns, spectacular landscapes with stark cliffs, dense forests and deep gorges, magnificent Dzong fortresses and temples, terraced farmlands, picturesque villages of weavers. This tour starts Bhutan’s oriental frontier of Bhutan’s with the port of entry and exit in Samdrup Jongkhar – a sleepy little town in the far east. You will be met at the airport (Guwahati, India) by our guide, and driver where your journey begins. Stops include Samdrup Jongkhar, Trashigang, Trashiyantshe, Mongar, and Lhuntse.
During this trip, one can extend a trip to the Hidden Land of Merak and Sekten if you have time. It is also called the Jewell land of Eastern Bhutan. It offers a visitor an experience of a unique semi-nomadic lifestyle, culture, and vernacular in one of the most scenic pastoral valleys. The people can identify as they wear different costumes, unlike other Bhutanese. Unlike in the past, today you can get either settlement by car (Pickup Trucks) and spend the night at a homestay.

Please kindly talk to our professionals for more details or customize your trip if you wish for an extension.
